Privacy Policy

Teaming Futures LLC ("Teaming Futures," "I," "me") runs teamingfutures.com. This policy explains what information the site collects and how it's used.

What I collect

• What you send through the contact form: your name, your email address, and your message.
• Standard server logs: when you visit, the site's host (Netlify) automatically records technical information such as your IP address, browser type, and the pages requested, for security and operation of the site.
• The GTM Partners badge: the About section shows a certification badge loaded from GTM Partners' servers. When the page loads, your browser requests that image from GTM Partners, which receives your IP address and standard browser information under its own privacy policy.

Cookies and tracking

This site doesn't use cookies, analytics, advertising tags, or tracking pixels. Because the site doesn't track you, it doesn't respond differently to browser "Do Not Track" signals.

How I use it

I use what you send only to reply to you and to keep a record of our conversation, including in the tools I use to manage client and professional relationships. I don't sell or rent your information, share it for advertising, or add you to a mailing list without asking.

Legal basis (EU and UK visitors)

I process contact-form information on the basis of legitimate interest in responding to your inquiry, or to take steps you've asked for before entering into a contract.

Who else handles it

• Netlify, Inc. hosts the site and receives form submissions, including spam filtering.
• My business email provider delivers and stores our correspondence.
• My relationship-management tool stores notes of our correspondence.

These providers process information on my behalf and may store it in the United States. If you're outside the U.S., your information will be transferred there.

How long I keep it

I keep correspondence for as long as it's useful for our professional relationship, and delete it on request unless I'm required to keep it.

Your choices and rights

You can ask to see, correct, or delete the information you've sent me by writing to privacy@teamingfutures.com. Depending on where you live (for example, the EU, UK, California, or Australia), you may have additional rights, including the right to object to processing or to complain to your local data-protection authority.

Links to other sites

This site links to GTM Partners, including the GTM Assessment at themovebook.com. Information you provide there is governed by GTM Partners' own terms and privacy policy, not this one.

Children

This site is for business audiences and isn't directed to children.

Changes

If this policy changes, I'll post the new version here with a new effective date.
